All the time I try to attract customers through cold calling, following upon leads, advertising and making business presentations to investor clubs. I also keep a close eye on available real estate & pay attention to market trends, demographics and other information that affects the buying and selling process. To better serve my clients; I talk with them about their needs. I learn about their likes and dislikes, help them with financing concerns and answer any questions about the buying/selling process and prepare the documents involved. Accordingly, I should maintain good interpersonal skills; ability to listen and ask questions can make all the difference in customer satisfaction. I also make sure to communicate clearly so that clients understand the information am presenting and their options; Negotiating effectively in order to work out potential problems that would cause a deal to collapse; Exhibiting math aptitude to handle and explain financial situations.
